Terms of Service
Last updated: June 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of Asgard. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who we are
Asgard ("Asgard", "we", "us", or "our") provides an AI agent operating system available at asguardai.com and related interfaces (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operator of the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide when registering, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. The Service
Asgard lets you create and run AI agents and workflows that can connect to third-party systems (such as messaging, project-management, and social platforms) and act on your behalf. You are responsible for the goals you assign to agents, the integrations you connect, and the actions those agents take under your direction, including any content they generate, send, or publish.
4. AI-generated output
The Service uses artificial intelligence and large language models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and you should not treat it as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI output complies with applicable law and the terms of any model provider you connect.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual-property and privacy rights;
- send spam, run unauthorized automation against third parties, or breach a platform's terms;
- generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- circumvent usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
6. Third-party services
When you connect an integration or model provider, your use of that third party is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, and connecting them is at your own risk. You are responsible for any fees those providers charge.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to submit Your Content and to connect it to agents.
8. Fees
Some features may require payment or consume third-party usage (for example, model or API costs). Where fees apply, they will be disclosed before you incur them. Third-party model and platform costs are your responsibility.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where prohibited by applicable law.
